Harriet the Hippopotamus decides she doesn't want to be a hippo anymore, so she moves into a house and pretends to be something else.  She becomes very unhappy and forgets how to smile, so she tries many things that make people happy like giving a party, eating yummy foods, exercising, etc., but nothing works.  Finally she listens to an owl who tells her she should just be herself.
