This series of five books depicts life in The Netherlands under German occupation during World War II. Piet Prins tells a fictional story of characters involved with the underground Dutch resistance. The series describes the Mulder, Blanker and Kooiman families (with other members of the resistance) as they hide refugees, become refugees themselves, make raids for ration cards and weapons, help blow up bridges, run roadblocks and much more! High adventure recommended especially for kids ages 8 to 12.
