A story of the days when England and Spain struggled for the supremacy of the sea. The heroes sail as boys with Drake during the expedition in which the Pacific Ocean was first seen by an Englishman from a tree-top on the Isthmus of Panama. The historical portion of the story is absolutely to be relied upon, but what might be even more attractive is the great variety of exciting adventures the boys experience during the course of their voyages.
