The books in this section are usually hardcover and in decent shape, though we'll sometimes offer hard-to-find books in lesser condition at a reduced price. Though we often put images of the book with their original dust jackets, the copies here won't always (or even often) have them. If that is important to you, please call ahead or say so in the order comments!
First edition, 4th printing. This copy is in very good condition. There is some foxing on the top edge of the text block, which is otherwise bright and clean. The dust jacket is clean, with some small tears along the edge. The picture is a scan of this copy.
Earthsea has lost its magic, its light. The land is dying, and only the Archmage Ged, who has traveled both sides of death more than once in his illustrious career, can make it alive again. With Prince Arren he sails beyond mere terrain into lands of mystery and ultimately to the very country of Death itself. What they find is an act of supreme selfishness that can only be counteracted by an act of pure selflessness, an act without which all Earthsea will die. Now the powerful wizard once called Sparrowhawk must make a decision that will prove or disprove his true identity.
