Sometimes it's fun being Martin's little brother, but not usually. Henry wishes he would grow bigger. First he tries to stretch himself. Then he tries watering himself. Then he eats a bagful of apples, but all he gets is a stomachache. He doesn't grow one inch. There are other solutions to the problem of being the smallest, though, and Henry comes up with one that is hilariously ingenious and unexpected.
Steven Kellogg's humorous but realistic treatment of this age-old problem will charm everyone who has ever suffered from being the littlest. And his finely detailed illustrations will give young children many hours of looking pleasure.
