Format Writing contains a number of ideas that Mr. Jenson had to learn the hard way. In college he developed a number of defensive techniques to simplify his work and save time so that he could get it all done. Working four jobs and carrying 15-18 units per semester did not leave much time for studying. Some of the ideas he came up with and methods he used are in taught in his book, modified over 25 years of teaching experience. The DVD has 12 lectures which teach, explain, and motivate. It is a supplement, not a replacement, for the book.
