Corduroy is a small bear with green overalls who lives in a department store waiting for someone to buy him and take him home. He's always wanted to climb a mountain, live in a palace, sleep in a bed, and have a home. But when a little girl buys him and takes him home he knows that he's always wanted most of all to have a friend.
