The game can be played by two, three, or four players ages seven to adult, but is especially good played with three or four players. A typical game takes 20-30 minutes.
How to Play Blokus:

The game begins when players choose one of 4 "masks" that outline the shape of a structure, and they place it on the board. Player 1 then places a block on the board, staying within the boundaries of the mask. |

The other players must position their first blocks so that they touch at least one opposing block and the surface of the game board. |

Players take turns placing their blocks. Blocks must always touch at least one other block of the same color and cannot exceed the height limitation of the structure. |

The game ends when all blocks have been placed or when players have no more moves they can make. The player with the most blocks visible on top of the stack is the winner! |
