Sonlight Core D+E

Like Core B+C, Core D+E combines two years in one for a streamlined comprehensive introduction to American history. This level doesn't provide any Bible study materials, or suggest recommended resources (all the readers are required). Intended for grades 4-7, students work their way through consumable worktexts (The Story of the USA books 1-4) while also reading biographies, straight history, novels, etc. Children are expected to spend about 3 1/2-5 hours per day, five days a week for 180 days; parents will need to spend 2-3 hours a day directly, as well as time for grading and discussion.

Please Note: Sonlight Curriculum does not sell their materials to Exodus Books. We carry many of the same titles, and are often able to obtain used copies of books they publish. The following is culled from their 2011 websiteand includes much of their selection, though it is not comprehensive, nor is it in any sort of curricular order. For a complete listing, visit the Sonlight Curriculum website.
