Kevin Belmonte

Writer/historian Kevin Belmonte was born and lives in the seaside village of York, Maine. His is a literary family of British descent, including the poets Robert Frost and Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. He is a leading Wilberfore scholar and was the primary consultant for the movie Amazing Grace. He has also served as a script consultant for the BBC, and his book, Hero for Humanity: A Biography of William Wilberforce, is the winner of the John Pollack Award for Christian Biography. He and Kelly, his wife of 15 years, are the proud parents of a son, Samuel.
