Elmer Elevator and the flying baby dragon's adventures continue in another nonsensical tale. After escaping from Wild Island, the two head for home, hurrying so they won't miss Mr. Elevator's birthday. On the way they run into a storm and take refuge on an island where all the escaped canaries in the world come to live. But these birds have an interesting problem: they have all caught the dreadful disease called Curiosity!
