When Elmer hears from a poor, ugly alley cat of a place called Wild Island, bristling with wild beasts and covered with dense jungles where a baby dragon is chained up and overworked, he determines to rescue him. This is the amusing, nonsensical tale of his quest to get past all the hostile animals so he can set the unfortunate dragon free.
