This copy is in fair condition. The cover is worn along the spine and the bottom edge of the front cover has been rubbed through. There is a name written across the front paste-down. Inside, the front hinge is separating and the back hinge is showing webbing. Some of the plates are detached from the binding, but they all appear to be in good condition.
