Bill Slavin has illustrated more than fifty books for children, including The Big Book of Canada by Christopher Moore. He has won the Amelia Frances Howard-Gibbon Illustrator's Award, the Blue Spruce Children's Choice Award, and the Zena Sutherland Award for Children's Literature, among many others.
