The books in this section are usually hardcover and in decent shape, though we'll sometimes offer hard-to-find books in lesser condition at a reduced price. Though we often put images of the book with their original dust jackets, the copies here won't always (or even often) have them.  If you need to see photos of the actual book or have questions about the condition, please call or email.

What does a small boy dream? The rosy-golden peach knew and the pointy-pine knew. Even the blue sky knew-for Jeremy told them his dreams.

With the sunlight pearly-pink on his window and no sound in the house, Jeremy slipped on his clothes and went out the back door into the brilliant new morning.

"I dreamt about you last night, peach," Jeremy said to the large and beautiful rosy-golden one—the one he had been waiting for. And when he had told his dream, the peach let go of its branch and dropped down to the lawn—round and ripe, warmed by the morning sun.
Jeremy's dreams were simple, beautiful ones about familiar things that he loved: the waving grass, the singing pines, cloud pictures in a sky that was "blue and blue and blue." And all of his dreams—even the last and best—came true when Jeremy walked out the back door into this special new morning of childhood.
