Pando studied music in Montreal, Canada, and at Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York. His bachelor's degree is as a lute performer in early music. As well as the lute, he plays bass, electric, and classical guitar and has knowledge of composition, arrangement, and orchestration. This background allowed him to perform and produce CDs alone and with other artists. His CD entitled Lute Works is carried by Nightwatch Recording. Going out on his own, Pando started Mitsar Productions which is a recording studio, and later joined the band CUBE from 2002-2006. Playing a variety of styles of music, Pando continues appealing to his listening public.
