A native to Nebraska and a home schooling mother of three, Noonan has written books to help parents mentoring to their children. The Companion Guide to Beautiful Girlhood reflects Noonan's own role as a mother and the relationship she built with her daughter, and The Three Weavers Plus Companion Guide, co-written by Noonan and her husband, helps fathers communicate thoughts regarding purity to their daughters. Successful as both a writer and a speaker, Noonan travels and gives presentations.
