Quinn earned his bachelor of science degree from Arkansas State University, his master's of divinity and master's of theology from The Master's Seminary, and his Ph.D. from Evangelical Theological Faculty in Belgium. He worked as the Manager of Ministries at Grace to You Radio and then served as the Senior Associate Pastor and Personal Assistant to Dr. John MacArthur at Grace Community Church in California. Since 1996 Quinn has been a Pastor-Teacher of the Bible Church of Little Rock. He sits on several boards and has authored articles, book chapters, and co-authored The Five Points of Calvinism. He lives with his wife and eight children in Little Rock, Arkansas.
