Philip Hardie

Professor Philip Hardie of Cambridge University specializes in the classics, on which he has also written. He is a Senior Research Fellow in Trinity College, Cambridge as well as Honorary Professor of Latin. Among his own works, Hardie has helped co-edit Cambridge Companion to Lucretius, and is the editor of Cambridge Companion to Ovid and Epic Successors of Virgil. Hardie's current research projects include the English Renaissance's response to classical literature.
