The books in this section are usually hardcover and in decent shape, though we'll sometimes offer hard-to-find books in lesser condition at a reduced price. Though we often put images of the book with their original dust jackets, the copies here won't always (or even often) have them. If that is important to you, please call ahead or say so in the order comments!

He is Sean, a champion, the biggest, handsomest son of Big Red, the famous Irish setter. Bursting with the instinct to hunt, Sean frets in his pampered kennel life and longs for the wild. Then suddenly his life changes. He finds himself on his own in the Wintapi wilderness, lost, his human protectors gone. An outlaw, he is hunted and shot at by the hill men. How Sean learns to survive amid constant danger, how he challenges a coyote killer to save his mate, is a stirring tale of bravery and an exciting wilderness adventure. It is also the heartwarming story of another unwilling outlaw—the boy who loves Sean and wants him for his own.

Please note that most used copies we get do not include the dust jackets, and will often look like the cloth cover to the left.
