Olga Hall-Quest

Olga Hall-Quest was born in Willis, Texas. She was graduated from Columbia University and received her master's degree from New York University. In 1943 she joined the staff of the Masters School in Dobbs Ferry, New York, where she taught English until her retirement in June, 1965. Mrs. Hall-Quest has traveled widely throughout the United States and has visited most of the places referred to in her books on American history. Among the most popular of these books are Jamestown Adventure, Guardians of Liberty, The Bell That Rang for Freedom, and From Colony to Nation. Mrs. Hall-Quest lives in New York City.
