Nicholas Elledge has been widely recognized for his interpretation skills, earning such titles as NCFCA national Sweepstakes (Speech) Champion, 2005; NCFCA Dramatic Interpretation National Champion, 2005; American Legion National Oratorical Contest Champion, 2006; Optimist Club Oratorical Contest State Champion, 2004; VFW Voice of Democracy State Champion, 2005. In 2005, he played the role of Peter at the Black Box Theater in The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe. Nick taught "Beginning Public Speaking" to elementary age children in 2006, coached for the Guardian Speech Club from 2003-2005, and toured with Communicators for Christ in 2006, teaching and inspiring thousands of middle school and high school students to interpret literature as a means of communicating with the culture.
