 It's June, which means summer is nearly upon us! We're organizing and making changes around the store ahead of the summer rush.
We recently moved our literature section (pictured on the right) and our workshop area is cleared out and ready for workshops and seminars.
Now that we have some more room, we're hosting some fun events in the store.
- Story time for the kids starts June 2nd and will run every Thursday at 3 PM in the children's section. Eli is really, really looking forward to reading Andrew Henry's Meadow and other favorites, so don't miss out!
- Teaching the Classics (a free seminar) will be held in our workshop area on June 10-11. Limit 15 attendees. Click here for more details.
On Wednesday we kicked off our summer reading program! If you haven't already, you can join in by clicking the image below.
Thanks to those who took advantage of the investment opportunity we mentioned in our last newsletter! If you're still interested in investing, we have about two more slots open. Because of our new investors we've been able to make some improvements around the store, including adding some permanent shelves for clearance and (finally!) purchasing a leather couch to replace the broken one in our children's play area.
