The books in this section are usually hardcover and in decent shape, though we'll sometimes offer hard-to-find books in lesser condition at a reduced price. Though we often put images of the book with their original dust jackets, the copies here won't always (or even often) have them. Mrs. McFinny and her dog Happy and cat Whiskers live in a little old cottage in a village. While they are happy together, they are very poor and maybe a bit lonely. One day a man buys the old mansion next door and moves in with his son Peter. It isn't long before Peter and Mrs. McFinny become friends and all of their lives are improved.
