Mrs. McGillicuddy discovers a strange tree with strange leaves growing in her yard. It gets bigger and bigger, and the bigger it gets, the more people come asking Mrs. McGillicuddy if they can harvest the leaves. The whole town seems to have gone crazy over the tree-except Mrs. MicGillicuddy. She has other things to do with her time, like making quilts, tending her flowers, and making cherry pie.
