This is not the famous novel. This is not a book about the writing of the famous novel. This is a book about the making of the movie based on the famous novel. The one with that really cute guy—Colin Firth as the infinitely eligible Mr. Darcy. The BBC/A&E production, several hours long, interminable in places, terrible sets but superb acting, you know the type. Anyway, this BOOK is about the movie.
