The Kenny Kwiz is simply a question-and-answer study guide to help students understand the Calendar Quest novel by Jennifer Johnson Garrity. All questions require written answers, and answers are included in the back of the consumable book. Kenny Kwiz can be used on its own along with Calendar Quest, though it is also an essential element of the What Every Child Should Know About Western Civilization course.
These questions were written by an 8-year-old homeschooled boy named Kenneth Abegglen (hence thetitle)as a school assignment. As a result, they're all comprehension-oriented (simply recalling the elements of the story). Still, they're quite helpful, especially for younger readers, and this guide will help them retain some of the more important information, as well as a few goofy plot points just for fun.
Review by C. Hollis Crossman
C. Hollis Crossman used to be a child. Now he's a husband and father who loves church, good food, and weird stuff. He might be a mythical creature, but he's definitely not a centaur. Read more of his reviews here
