A pastor, lecturer, professor, and author, Pipa earned his B.A. from Belhaven College, his Master of Divinity from the Reformed Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. from Philadelphia's Westminster Theological Seminary. Pipa is president of Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary in South Carolina and a professor of historical and systematic theology. He works as the chief editor of Santification, writes articles, pens books such as The Lord's Day, and contributes to the writings of other authors.
