George Wiggers, aka Josh, is a homeschool dad and founder of Geography Matters, a geography resource company for educators. His nickname was given to him in Germany at a military base during the Korean War. When the German maid tried to greet one-year-old George her heavy accent came through with "Georsh." His mom though it fit his personality and from then on he was "Josh."
George is married to Cindy, and they have three children—Elizabeth, Hannah, and Alex—all of whom participate in the family business. Josh enjoys computers, electrical troubleshooting, and making people laugh.
