Don Kistler

Don Kistler

Born in California in 1949 and raised on a dairy farm, Kistler later graduated from Azusa Pacific College, majoring in both public speaking and religion. Continuing with his education, Kistler earned a master's degree and a doctorate before becoming an ordained minister. Not only has Kistler served the Lord as a pastor, he worked as a high school and college football coach. A speaker at conferences, an editor of over 150 books, founder of Soli Deo Gloria Publications, and an author, Kistler reaches out to teach the Word of God. Kistler also contributes to the works of other authors in books such as Family Practice and Feed My Sheep. In the latter he penned a chapter called "Preaching with Authority." Living in Florida, Kistler continues to write, preach, and teach.
