The beautifully illustrated BibleTime series takes the lives of bible characters from both the Old and New Testament, retells them in a way that’s easy for children to read and understand, and has some of the best explanations of bible stories that we've seen. The story of Ruth is simply and beautifully told. It's a very accurate retelling, and draws insightful implications from the text. Both instructive and entertaining, this story can be read aloud to children ages 2-4 or by beginning readers (ages 4-7) on their own.
