This booklet offers a testing schedule for administering the 28 tests. It also offers 24 "facts practice forms" that act as speed drills for subjects from basic addition through linear measurement and fraction/decimal/percentage conversion.
Also included are 10 activity masters which may be used to support some lesson activities. The first is a line graph that may be used as you score the tests each week; the next three may be used as fraction manipulatives; master 5 is a hundred number chart; master 6 is a coordinate plane; masters 7-10 are models of Platonic solids.
