Cornstalks

Though most of the poems don't rhyme, Cornstalks is not a book of hard poetry. Rather, the poems are very short (some just one sentence) and are accompanied by pictures. There is no particular theme that runs throughout the book. As for meaning, the more you look for it, the more it becomes unclear: do these poems mean anything or are they just nonsense?!?!?
