Christian Overman
Christian Overman did his undergraduate studies at the University of Washington, where he received B. A. degrees in music (1972), and German Language and Literature (1976), and German Language and Literature (1976). He holds a M. Ed. Degree from Seattle Pacific University (1984), with an emphasis in philosophy of Christian education, and is currently pursuing a D. Min. degree through Bakke Graduate University. After teaching for several years, in both public and private schools, Christian served as Principal of a Christian school for twelve years, followed by eight years, in both public and private schools, Christian served a principal of a Christian school for twelve years, followed by eight years a church administrator. In 2000, Christian and his wife, Kathy, founded Worldview Matters, an organization dedicated to equipping people to understand the times in which we live, and to respond with the wisdom and compassion of Christ (see www.biblical worldview.com). The Overmans have presented Think Again! workshops on the subject of biblical worldview throughout the United States, as well as in Central America and Europe. Christian serves as an adjunct faculty members of Seattle Pacific University, through the Continuing Education. He co-authored Making the Connections: How to Put Biblical Worldview Integration into Practice, and is the Director of Research and development for the Biblical Worldview Institute. Christian and Kathy have been blessed with four children and eight grandchildren.
