Spreck Rosekrans

Partnering with Steven Rasmussen, Rosekrans co-wrote the Key to Decimals for Key Curriculum Press.  For the past 19 years he has been an economic analyst for Environmental Defense Fund in their Land, Water, and Wildlife Program.  Rosekrans specializes in aquatic ecosystems and water delivery systems working with fisheries and wetland habitats in Arizona, northern California, and in the San Francisco Bay area.  His interests also lie in energy.
