Loreé Pettit developed a love of geography and travel as a child living throughout the United States and Europe. Before teaching her own two sons at home she was a teacher and a Christian school administrator. She presents workshops at home school conventions and has written many several books, including Galloping the Globe, Cantering the Country, and Eat Your Way Through the USA. It is Loreé's desire to help parents discover the joy of learning as a family and realize that homeschooling is more than bringing the traditional teaching methods into the home.
