Born and raised in southwestern Virginia's Appalachian Mountains, Rogers inherited her musical talents from her father and her ability to write songs from her mother. After marrying Wayne Rogers, a Reformed Presbyterian pastor and raising three children, Rogers began writing songs to give praise and glory to the Lord. Her songs follow major Biblical themes and Children's Catechisms. In over twenty years Rogers has produced eleven recordings, some of which her grandchildren are now singing. Rogers performs at concerts, church programs, retreats, and homeschool conferences all across the United States, into Canada, and over to England.
