The happy parents of three young boys, Jennie Chancey and her husband Matt are both second generation educators. They reside in Rileyville, Virginia, where Matt works from home as a freelance editor, writer, and research specialist, teaching history to homeschoolers when time permits. A stay-at-home mom, Jennie enjoys teaching her children, helping Matt with his business, and running a small custom sewing business on the side. She designs and produces historically-based clothing patterns for women. Her favorite authors include such classic writers as Jane Austen, the Brontes, Dickens, Baroness Orczy, Defoe, R.L. Dabney, J.C. Ryle, L.M. Montgomery, C.S. Lewis, and J.R.R. Tolkien.
