Jeff Niell has an M.A. from Fuller Theological Seminary. He is pastor of Emmanuel Covenant Church, a presbyterian congregation in Phoenix, Arizona (C.R.E.). Pastor Niell serves as a board member of Covenant Media Foundation and is the co-author of the book, The Same-Sex Controversy. He and his family make their home in Phoenix.
