Kindergarten Phonics Readers - Set

These four readers are designed to complement Adventures in Phonics, but can be used with other programs as well. The first two readers emphasize single-syllable short vowel words. This set of phonics readers where designed to be used alongside the Adventures in Phonics workbook, but could be used alone for reading practice. The stories start off with short vowel words. The left page will have a list of words and blends to practice, and the right page will have a story. The stories progress in length and difficulty as the various phonics rules are learned. There are full color pictures. The books are small and easy to hold. If you're on a budget, you cannot go wrong with this set as it is priced right. It covers all the basics of phonics and will help your child to read.
