Two teenagers on their way to a summer vacation on Orcas Island, Chuck Harmon and Doc Peters, are forced to stop on Skoomumchuck Island by a storm. They meet young Tim Elliott and his grandfather who are trying to protect their small logging business from constant thefts by a band of log pirates.
