Stephen L. Hardin

Stephen L. Hardin is a history scholar who has written several riveting books and has lent his knowledge as a consultant to historical films. He teaches history at Victoria College in Texas, writes articles, and is a frequent commentator on American television programs. Hardin's works, including The Texas Rangers, The Texian Iliad: A Military History of the Texas Revolution, 1835-1836, and Texian Macabre, are largely based on the history of Texas. Many of his books are award-winning, and Hardin is distinguished as a memeber of the Texas Institute of Letters and Western Writers of America.
