Marvin Pate

Pate earned a diploma from Moody Bible Institute; his B.A. from the University of Illinois, Chicago; his M.A. from Wheaton College; and his PhD from Marquette University. He then returned to Moody Bible Institute and taught for thirteen years before taking a position at Ouachita Baptist University in the Pruet School of Christian Studies. A chair and professor of theology, Pate is also active in his church, Caddo Valley Baptist Church. In his spare time, Pate has undertaken the writing, co-authoring, or editing of many books, such as Four Views on the Book of Revelation. He is currently working on a couple new writing projects from his home in Arkansas.
