The train carrying toys and candy to the children over the mountain has broken down. How are the toys going to get over the mountain? One by one, many engines pass by the news –strong ones, new ones, and old ones, but none of them are willing to pull the toys over the mountain. But one engine, a little blue one, stops for the toys. She’s small, but she urges herself on and doesn’t give up, and pulls the train full of toys triumphantly over the mountain.
