This book begins with the invasion of South Korea by the North in 1950, and continues through the American stand at Pusan, the landing at Inchon, the Chinese entry into the war, the removal of Macarthur and the eventual stalemate and armistice that halted the fighting. A very good introduction to America's first "limited war."
