Born in Baker, Oregon, on October 17, 1937, Titus went on to receive his J.D. degree from Harvard University and a B.S. degree from the University of Oregon. A member of the Virginia bar, Titus is able to argue law before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Claims, and on the federal circuits. He started his career as an ACLU attorney before becoming a Christian lawyer. Titus also ran as the vice presidential candidate on the Constitution Party ticket in 1996. God, Man and Law: The Biblical Principles.
