The Golden Goose

Book Lover Age 8 of Australia, 6/22/2016

I like birds so this was a really interesting book for me. I especially love that it was written by Dick King-Smith because he is one of my favorite authors. I think it's one of the best books he's written. One day when one of the geese lays a golden egg, the farmer leaves it to see what happens and out comes a golden goose. I think it's a good story because he has to keep it a secret until one day the goose loses her golden color, whenever you touched it, even after it turned white, it still gave you joy because that was her name. Joy.
