The fourth revised edition is probably the last pure or unabridged edition of Black's Law Dictionary as the NWO began changing it afterwards. If you compare earlier and present editions, you can see how the definitions have changed. For instance, try comparing the definitions for the USA. The USA or US now ceases to exist legally. Because of these changes, this edition holds its value quite well. Most copies on Amazon sell for upwards of $70!
