People often ask us for a good timeline of world history. This is normally a difficult request: how can you fit so much history into a simple timeline—and still read it? This book, with a 15 1/2 foot fold out timeline is (when it is available) our best answer.

Both sides of the nearly sixteen oversized panels are utilized, so you actually get over 30 feet of history. On one side, the timeline offers 6,000 years of world history at a glance—thousands of dates, facts, and quotes in chronological sequence. On the other side, you can find charts of explorers, inventions, wars, and significant events of the 20th century—as well as smaller timelines of the United States, Great Britain, Germany, France, China, Japan and Russia. All of these offer a quick glimpse of the dynasties and rulers of the countries over the last several centuries.

Based on the famous and now very rare Victorian wallchart from 1890, with much material specially reproduced from the world famous British Library held in the British Museum, London. The original is very specifically from a Christian perspective. While this one has been secularized to a degree, it still has much to offer.
