Written by homeschooling moms who've "been there," this book addresses concerns about homeschooling gifted children ranging from "How do I know if they're gifted?' to "How do I deal with the college admission process?" These moms have also worked with hundreds of other parents, so they draw from a wide range of experience when they address issues such as teaching methods, curriculum choices, discipline, and dealing with special problems created by these children's extraordinary needs. The book is very practical with "what to do lists," resource recommendations, and contacts. Much of this book would also be helpful for any homeschooling parent wondering how to provide both challenging and appropriate learning opportunities for their children.
